Where is Silchester Fete and Dog Show?
Silchester Fete and Dog Show is held at Silchester Playing Fields, Little London Rd, Reading, Hampshire RG7 2ND. The Playing Fields are conveniently located opposite the Village Hall, and across the road from the Calleva public house in the Centre of Silchester Village.
The Silchester Fete and Dog Show provides plenty of free parking on the day.
The Fete runs from 12pm to 3:30pm.
Are their refreshments available?
Yes,indeed. You are in for a treat. Visit the BBQ for freshly cooked burgers or sausages (from Mortimer Sausage Company), there are plenty home-made cakes available, washed down with a great cup of tea or coffee, (coffee supplied by The Coffee House’). A bar will be available in the Pavilion with a great selection of beer, wine and cider and obviously loads of stalls for the kids such as candy floss, ice creams and sweets to keep the little ones happy.

Yes please, the fete takes a lot of organising, but it’s great fun. We’d love your help with organising, delivering leaflets, setting up on the day, serving refreshments, clearing down after the Fete, or just one of those things!! Please contact us using this form.
